This information is published annually as part of our legal obligations and in accordance with the principles of ISO/IEC 17065, reinforcing confidence in our management.

Current Tax classification
The Naturacertificación Foundation – NaturaCert is registered with the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) as a non-profit organization.
In compliance with Law 1819 of 2016, which modified the Special Tax Regime for ESALs, the entity has managed its classification and permanence in the RTE in accordance with current legal requirements.

Lawful Origin of Resources
100% of NaturaCert’s resources come exclusively from the provision of certification, verification, and training services in norms and standards applicable to our corporate purpose, carried out nationally and internationally for companies and production units in the agricultural, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Declaration Of Legality
We declare that all our resources are of lawful origin and do not come from any illegal activity covered by the Colombian Criminal Code or any regulation that modifies or adds to it.

Commitment to Transparency and Impartiality (ISO/IEC 17065)
NaturaCert guarantees that its financial and technical operations are carried out in accordance with the principles of transparency, impartiality, integrity, and traceability, in line with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 17065 for certification bodies.
