NaturaCert, as a certification body accredited under the principles of ISO/IEC 17065 and aware that the suggestions, complaints/claims, and appeals can be submitted by our customers and that doing a good job are excellent opportunities for improvement of our system, we have implemented a procedure that can be accessed and thus be able to give a thorough treatment.

The format by which you can inform us about your suggestions, complaints/claims, and appeals is the PS-10 and can be downloaded here.

A suggestion, complaint, or claim may also be made via telephone when there are technological limitations that prevent the completion of the PS-10 Report of suggestions, complaints/claims, for this, the person concerned should contact the office of NaturaCert mobile (571) 320 3053713 – (571) 316 6231740, where an official will fill this document with the information provided by the customer and will be leaving a record in the field of the signature that this information was received via telephone, indicating the time and name of the person who attended the call.

A NaturaCert officer or a third party may fill out the form on behalf of the person who wants to send the suggestion, complaint, or claims, in this case, the following information should be written in the field of the signature: name of the third party, identification number, and telephone contact, clarifying that it filled out the form on behalf of the person concerned.
