NATURACERT BECOMES STRENGTHENED IN PERU.

During the past month of July, our Head of the Business and Marketing area, Diego Bernal, traveled to the neighboring Republic of Peru to meet with FSQglobal staff, who is our ally in that country, and in this way strengthen and clarify issues trade and strengthen the joint operation, new certifications, interested markets, among other important issues. This exercise was carried out through a visit to the Association of Agricultural Producers Guilds of Peru AGAP on July 20, 2022.

In addition to the above activities, NaturaCert and FSQglobal participated in a joint exercise, carried out by the Rainforest Alliance to address the following issues:

• Update CBs on recent policies and specific challenges.

• Train the CBs in the RACP platform on the registration and processes carried out by the Certificate Holders.

• Provide information on license reviews and improvements necessary to avoid delays or rejections.

• Calibration of interpretation of specific auditability criteria.

This meeting was held on July 21, 2022

For NaturaCert, this type of exercise is very important, as it allows continuous improvement in the provision of our services and those of our allies.
